Payment

Paypal is my preferred method of payment, but I am also happy to receive a postal money order (please ensure, if you're sending a money order from outside of Canada, that it is the "international" version) or cashier's cheque. Please send me a quick note to let me know if you are using a payment method other than Paypal.

Your purchase will be shipped within three business days from the time your payment clears.

Please pay (or let me know to expect your payment in the mail) within three days of making your purchase, or I will have to cancel the transaction and re-list the item.

Shipping

I ship to your registered Paypal address - if you need your item sent to a different address, please include a note at the time of purchase.

All orders are sent via Canada Post. I will always contact you to confirm when your item was sent. Please contact me for Canada Post's delivery time estimates to your destination- please do remember, however, that these are estimates, and postal system delays that are beyond my control, while rare, can happen. Therefore, if you absolutely must have something by a certain date, it may be wise to consider upgrading your shipping method to express.

If you would like to upgrade to a different shipping method, please contact me and I can obtain a price quote for you from the post office. Please be aware that this will increase your shipping cost.

Canada Post does not provide tracking numbers for small parcels.

I will package and address your purchase with the utmost care (including a sturdy envelope and lots of tissue and bubble wrap inside!). I re-use my packing materials whenever possible.

You are responsible for any additional international customs charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns of items in their original condition up to 14 days from the time of purchase. A full refund of the item cost, minus shipping, will be given. Please contact me first if you need to do this, however!
